Hi! I am Dr. Mary Adey, Chiropractor at Kailua Spine Center. I was born and raised in Minnesota and as a college athlete I quickly realized the importance of health and taking care of yourself. After receiving my undergraduate degree, I pursued my passion of health and wellness receiving my Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2014.
I am passionate about treating active families and as a Webster certified chiropractor I have a special interest in women’s health and love working with pregnant mommas helping them through all stages of pregnancy!
In my free time you will find me on the beach, running and spending time with my family enjoying all that Hawaii has to offer!

Kimberly has been a massage therapist for 9 years. She graduated from Hawaii
Healing Arts College in 2014, in Kailua, Hawaii. Shortly after graduation, Kimberly
took some time off to have her son, whom she became pregnant with during
school. It was the care and education she received during this time that made her
so passionate about prenatal massage, and opened her mind to the possibility of
just how much of an impact massage could have in so many different dimensions
of life.
Kimberly has worked with pregnant women ever since and has seen the amazing
results massage can provide for relaxation, comfort and circulation throughout
the process.
Kimberly specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, medical massage,
prenatal massage, and is a certified Reiki Master of both White Light and Karuna
lineage.
